Judy Koch is an artist living in Edmonton, Alberta.

She has studied art at the Faculty of Extension, U. of A., Red Deer College (Series), the Banff Centre, and SNAP (the Society of Northern Alberta Print-artists).

Her recent series of oil paintings features urban locations with still life compositions. Her paintings depict the chance accumulation of old, second hand objects for sale at the antique mall.

The paintings speak of nostalgia and the intersection of peoples stories contained in the things they once used. Her work is contained in private collections in Western Canada.
